Setup and Operation

1. Place the machine on a flat, stable workbench.
2. Loosen the lift knob to open the blades fully, then fit the platform slightly below the lower blade edge and fix its screws.
3. Lower the lift knob until the driven lower blade just turns the upper blade.
4. Set the micrometer so the board slides along its V-groove left and right but not back and forth; tighten the lift knob a little more if the board does not separate.
5. Align the V-CUT with the upper and lower guards; set the lower guard tip 0.2-0.3 mm below the lower blade.
6. Switch on the rocker power switch, then the toggle switch, start at low speed and feed the board by hand; increase speed only after a clean test cut.
7. Catch the separated board by hand before it falls, to protect components.

• The electrical system must be grounded.
• Before connecting, confirm the machine version (AC 110V or AC 220V) matches your local mains supply.
• Operation by trained personnel only.
• Never let the upper and lower blades touch vertically; they must stay offset side by side to avoid blade damage.
• The blade side gap (0.05-0.1 mm) is preset at the factory and normally needs no adjustment.
• Do not loosen the motor mounting screws, the blade seat or unlisted screws above it; misalignment can damage blades, boards, the motor or the coupling.

Maintenance

• Clean off chips and debris after each use.
• Protect the blade edges and guards from impact at all times.
• For long storage, remove the blades and guards and coat them with machine oil; wipe off before use.
• Check that all screws are tight regularly.
