Short answer: For orders shipped to our 40 DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) countries, FMFPAX prices and checkout totals include import duties, tariffs and destination VAT/taxes. You pay nothing extra on delivery. For other destinations, DAP terms apply: local duties are paid by the buyer on delivery, and we confirm estimated charges with you in writing before shipment.

  • North America (3): Canada, Mexico, United States.
  • Oceania (2): Australia, New Zealand.
  • Special dedicated line (1): Russia (special DDP cross-border customs clearance and dedicated freight line).

If your country is not listed above, standard DAP (Delivered at Place) or custom freight terms apply. Under DAP, local duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery; we confirm estimated charges with you in writing before shipment.

Which countries get DDP (duties and taxes included) shipping?

40 countries and regions. Do I pay duties or VAT when my order arrives?

Not if you are in one of the 40 DDP countries. If your country is not on the list, local duties or taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery under DAP terms, and we confirm estimated charges with you in writing before shipment.

Is tax added at checkout?

No extra tax line is added at checkout. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, dimensions and freight tier.

Are taxes included for Mexico, the United States and Canada?

Yes. Mexico, the United States and Canada are all DDP countries, so duties and taxes are included.

Are taxes included for EU countries and the United Kingdom?

Yes for the 28 European DDP countries listed on this page, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and the United Kingdom.
