FMF Packaging Solutions supplies packaging machines, packaging materials, spare parts, and related packaging solutions for international buyers. Because many packaging machines have different specifications, voltages, packing sizes, shipping methods, and destination requirements, some orders may require quotation confirmation before payment.
Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods may include the payment options shown at checkout, PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, or other methods confirmed in writing. The final available payment method depends on the order value, destination country, product type, and Shopify or payment service provider availability.
Quotation and confirmation
For machines, customized equipment, production line projects, mixed orders, heavy goods, or special sourcing requests, please contact us before payment. We may confirm product model, quantity, voltage, plug type, material compatibility, packing size, shipping method, delivery time, and freight cost before issuing a final quotation or proforma invoice.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is received and order details are confirmed. For customized equipment or specially ordered goods, production or procurement may start after the agreed deposit or full payment is received.
Payment security
Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment service providers. FMF Packaging Solutions does not store your full credit card information. Payment providers may perform fraud checks or request additional verification for security reasons.
Currency, bank fees, and taxes
Prices may be shown or quoted in different currencies depending on the market and quotation. Bank fees, payment handling fees, currency conversion fees, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local charges are normally the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
