Cosmetic, Paste & Viscous Liquid Filling Machines
Which filling machine is suitable for viscous liquid or paste?
Start with the fill range and material behavior. Thick, sticky or temperature-sensitive materials usually need a paste filler, weighing filler or heated mixing filler instead of a simple low-viscosity liquid filler.
What type of filler fits lip gloss or cosmetic wax?
For lip gloss, lipstick wax and similar cosmetic materials, compare heated mixing filling machines that can warm and mix the material while filling, then check the individual product page for capacity and voltage.
How should I choose a sauce or paste filling machine?
Check the material thickness, particles, fill volume, hopper capacity and whether pneumatic operation or mixing is needed. The 80L pneumatic sauce paste filler is the main option for sauce and paste workflows in this collection.
What equipment usually comes after filling?
Many workflows use filling first, then sealing, capping, labeling and date coding. The exact order depends on the container, closure, label and production process.

Tube Sealing Machines for Creams & Aluminum Tubes
What is a tube sealing machine used for?
A tube sealing machine is used to close suitable tubes after filling, such as cream, gel, ointment, laminate, or aluminum tubes when the product specifications match the tube.
How do I choose an aluminum tube sealing machine?
Confirm the tube material, tube diameter, closing style, and whether the product page lists manual crimping or another sealing method for aluminum tubes.
Can one tube sealer handle all tube materials?
No. Tube material, diameter, wall thickness, and closing method determine fit. Check the individual product page before choosing.
What equipment is usually used with tube sealing?
Tube sealing is often paired with filling, coding, labeling, and inspection steps depending on the package and production workflow.

Date Coding & Batch Printing Machines for Expiry Codes
What is a date coding machine used for?
A date coding machine prints production date, expiry date, batch number, lot number or similar traceability marks on suitable packaging surfaces.
How do I choose between ink wheel, hot stamp and ribbon coding?
Check the package material, required mark style, print area and consumable type. Ink wheel, hot stamp and thermal transfer ribbon machines serve different packaging surfaces and workflows.
Can these machines print on bags, film and cartons?
Some models are listed for bags, films, labels, boxes or cartons. Match the package material and print area to the individual product page before ordering.
Do you carry laser date code printers here?
This collection currently focuses on ink wheel, ribbon and hot stamp coding equipment. Use the product links above to compare the available coding methods.

Food, Grain & Material Moisture Analyzers
What is a moisture analyzer used for?
A moisture analyzer helps estimate moisture content in suitable samples for lab, production or incoming-material checks.
How do I choose between a halogen analyzer and a grain moisture tester?
Use a halogen moisture analyzer when the workflow requires weighing and heating a prepared sample. Use a grain moisture tester when the main sample is cereal, corn, rice, wheat or seed within the listed measuring range.
Can one moisture tester handle every material?
No. Sample type, measuring method, range and preparation requirements differ. Check the product page for the supported sample category and range.
What should I confirm before ordering?
Confirm sample type, measuring range, readability, heating or sensor method, power requirement and consumables such as sample pans when needed.

Strapping & Banding Machines, Tape and Supplies
What is the difference between strapping and banding?
Both are used to bundle or secure items, but the machine, tape material, width, and sealing method can differ. Check the product page and consumable specifications before choosing.
How do I choose a banknote banding machine?
Check the listed banding tape type, width, roll size, and whether the machine is described for banknotes or paper-document bundling.
Can a banding machine be used for cartons?
Some banding or strapping equipment is listed for cartons or small packaging operations. Confirm item size, band material, and machine compatibility on the product page.
What consumables should I confirm?
Confirm banding tape or film material, roll width, core size, roll length, and whether the consumable is compatible with the selected machine.

Sealing Machines for Bottles, Caps, Bags & Tubes
How do I choose the right sealing machine?
Match the machine to the package type first: bottle, cap, vial, tube, bag or film. Then compare size range, sealing method, operating method and voltage on the product page.
Is a sealing machine the same as a capping machine?
No. A capping machine applies or tightens a cap, while sealing equipment closes, crimps, shrinks or seals the package. Some packaging workflows use both steps.
Can one sealing machine handle every package?
No. Sealing range depends on the machine type and the package material or size. Use the product page specifications to match the machine to the actual bottle, vial, tube, bag or film.
What related equipment should I compare?
Compare filling machines before the sealing step, capping machines for bottle cap work, bag sealing machines for flexible bags, and coding equipment for date or batch marks.

Labeling Machines, Label Rewinders & Dispensers
How do I choose a bottle labeling machine?
Check the bottle shape, label size, roll direction, label core, voltage, and whether the product page lists the machine for round bottles, flat surfaces, boxes, or general label handling.
What is the difference between a label dispenser and a labeling machine?
A label dispenser or separator helps remove labels from backing paper, while a labeling machine may apply labels to containers or products. Check the product page for the actual function.
When is a label rewinder useful?
A label rewinder is useful when labels need to be collected into rolls after printing or inspection, provided the roll size and direction match the workflow.
What equipment is commonly used with labeling machines?
Labeling may be used with filling, sealing, capping, coding, and inspection steps depending on the packaging line.

Bottle Capping, Cap Sealing & Vial Crimping Machines
What is the difference between capping, cap sealing and vial crimping?
Capping closes a container with a cap. Cap sealing adds a sealing step such as heat shrink depending on the machine. Vial crimping forms a crimped closure around a vial cap with a matching crimping head.
How do I choose a vial cap crimper?
Measure the vial mouth and cap size first. Then choose the manual or pneumatic crimper and matching head size listed on the product page.
Can one capping machine fit all bottles and vials?
No. Fit depends on cap diameter, mouth size, cap material, machine travel and the specific product options.
What comes before and after capping?
Many workflows use filling before capping, then labeling, date coding or inspection after capping.

Bag Sealing & Closing Machines for Woven Bags & Packaging
Is this a bag filling machine collection?
No. This page focuses on bag sealing and bag closing equipment. Use filling machine pages when the main task is putting liquid, paste, powder or parts into a package.
How do I choose bag closing equipment?
Match the closure method to the bag material and product weight. Woven, rice and feed bags usually need stitched closing. Clip-style closing is used for selected sausage, meat packing or mesh bag tasks.
What is the difference between bag sealing and bag closing?
Bag sealing often uses heat, clips or another closure method to finish a package. Bag closing can also include sewing or stitching, especially for woven sacks and feed bags.
What related equipment should I compare?
For a complete workflow, compare filling, sealing, coding and labeling equipment based on the package material and production step.

Bottle & Vial Packaging Equipment
Which machine should I choose for bottle packaging?
Start with the step you need: filling, capping, cap sealing, labeling or date coding. Then compare container size, cap type, fill range and operating method on the product page.
Is vial crimping the same as bottle capping?
No. Vial crimping uses a matching crimping head to form a crimped vial cap. Bottle capping and cap sealing use different closure methods depending on the bottle and cap design.
What equipment is used after bottle filling?
Common next steps include capping, cap sealing, labeling and date coding. The best workflow depends on the bottle, cap, label and product material.
