Shipping policy

FMF Pack ships packaging machinery, filling equipment, sealing machines, labeling systems, spare parts, packaging materials, and industrial supplies to eligible destinations worldwide.

Processing time

Standard in-stock items are usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Customized equipment, special-order machinery, heavy items, voltage-specific items, testing, packing, or export documentation may require additional preparation time. If extra time is needed, we will confirm it with the customer before shipment.

Shipping methods and estimated delivery time

  • Express courier or air freight: usually 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Land or truck freight: usually 20 to 30 days after dispatch.
  • Sea freight or heavy cargo service: usually 30 to 50 days after dispatch.

Actual delivery time may vary because of customs inspection, public holidays, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, remote area service, weather, or force majeure events.

DDP and tax included shipping

FMF Pack generally provides DDP or tax included shipping for eligible orders. For eligible DDP or tax included orders, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and standard destination taxes are included in the quoted price, shipping fee, or checkout total. Customers do not need to pay those included taxes separately.

If a destination, product, or special service is not eligible for DDP or tax included shipping, we will confirm this with the customer before payment or shipment. Any taxes, duties, brokerage fees, storage fees, or special local charges that are not included in the order remain the customer's responsibility.

Tracking and delivery

When tracking information is available, we will provide the tracking number, carrier, or freight reference. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, tax ID, company name, and customs information when required by the destination country.

Damaged or missing goods

If goods arrive damaged, short, or visibly mishandled, please keep the outer packaging and contact us as soon as possible with photos, videos, order information, and carrier documents. Do not discard packaging before the claim is reviewed.
