FMFPAX ships packaging machinery, filling equipment, sealing machines, labeling systems, spare parts, packaging materials, and industrial supplies to eligible destinations worldwide.

1. Shipping Rates & Calculation

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, total package weight, parcel dimensions, and selected freight tier. We provide transparent, real-time rates with no hidden fees or unexpected handling surcharges upon arrival for all eligible DDP destinations.

2. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Service — 40 Supported Countries

For all eligible orders shipped to the 40 countries and regions listed below, FMFPAX provides DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or tax-inclusive shipping. Customs clearance procedures, import duties, tariffs, and destination VAT/taxes are fully handled and covered by FMFPAX or included in your order total. You do not need to pay separate import duties or handle customs clearance upon arrival.

  • Europe (28 countries): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
  • Asia (6 countries): Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam.
  • North America (3 countries): Canada, Mexico, United States.
  • Oceania (2 countries): Australia, New Zealand.
  • Special Dedicated Line (1 country): Russia (Special DDP cross-border customs clearance and dedicated freight line).

Note for other international destinations: If your country is not listed above, standard DAP (Delivered at Place) or custom freight terms apply. Under DAP, local duties and import taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery; we confirm estimated charges with you in writing before shipment.

3. Trusted Global Carriers & Estimated Delivery Timelines

We partner with premier global carriers and expedited freight forwarders to provide safe, timely, and traceable transit:

  • Air Express: Usually 7 to 15 days after dispatch. Shipped via world-class carriers including DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Expedited Air Freight, DPD, Sagawa, and DPEX.
  • Land Freight: Usually 20 to 30 days after dispatch.
  • Sea Freight: Usually 30 to 50 days after dispatch.

Real-Time Tracking: Once dispatched, a verified tracking number and carrier link will be promptly provided via email and updated in your customer account so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

4. Industrial-Grade Shockproof Packaging

Because industrial machinery, precision filling units, and electronic marking equipment contain sensitive calibration parts and electrical components, FMFPAX enforces strict industrial export packaging standards:

  • Thickened High-Density EPE Pearl Cotton: Tailored, shock-absorbing high-density pearl cotton / EPE foam surrounds the entire machine body, securing all mechanical linkages, nozzles, and control screens against transit impact and vibration.
  • Reinforced Heavy-Duty Outer Packaging: Depending on weight and fragility, goods are packed in multi-ply heavy-duty reinforced export cartons or, for larger or heavier machines, fumigation-free plywood/composite wooden crates where required, to withstand stacking pressure and handling.
  • Moisture & Corrosion Barrier: Where appropriate, machinery is protected with film, desiccant packs, and waterproof stretch wrap to prevent humidity or salt spray exposure during ocean or air voyages.

5. Processing Time

Orders are inspected, tested, and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

6. Packing & Dispatch Locations

Orders are coordinated and centrally managed from Foshan, Guangdong, China. Depending on freight routing, shipments are dispatched from our Foshan central warehouse or from logistics consolidation hubs in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, or Hong Kong. The exact dispatch origin and carrier tracking will be reflected in your formal dispatch documents. View our packing and dispatch facilities.

7. Damaged, Shortage, or Transit Claims

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the outer carton or crate before signing if visible damage is present. If the package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before unboxing and notify us within 7 days of signing for delivery. For missing items, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Please retain all original packaging materials and contact us at sales@fmfpack.com or via WhatsApp at +86 158 1830 7991 with photos/videos of the package, shipping labels, and equipment. After reviewing your claim, we will arrange an engineer assessment and, where applicable, repair, replacement parts, or a claim settlement.
