JRJ300-D-1 High Shear Homogenizer Mixer, 40L 200-11000 rpm
The JRJ300-D-1 is a stand-mounted laboratory high shear homogenizer and emulsifying mixer for liquid-liquid emulsification and liquid-solid dispersion. The rotor-stator work head pulls material into a high-shear zone for repeated circulation, helping disperse, emulsify, homogenize, dissolve, suspend, and mix laboratory or pilot-workshop batches.
In lab and pilot settings, the same unit can serve as a high shear mixer, rotor-stator homogenizer, dispersing emulsifier, or 40L emulsifying machine when analog speed control, interchangeable stators, and a fixed support stand are required.
Key Features
- JRJ300-D-1 analog high shear homogenizer with stepless speed adjustment from 200 to 11000 r/min.
- 300 W output power and 510 W input power for laboratory and pilot-scale dispersion work.
- 40 L processing capacity with a 70 mm emulsifying work head.
- Rotor-stator design for liquid-liquid emulsification and liquid-solid dispersion.
- 5 mm2, 20 mm2, and 50 mm2 stator configurations for different material conditions.
- Stand-mounted structure with motor head, support clamp, base, and external speed-control box.
- 110V and 220V variant options are available; choose the voltage that matches your local power supply.

Typical Use Cases
- Laboratory homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, dissolving, suspending, and mixing tests.
- Cosmetic formula trials, paint and pigment dispersion, petrochemical lab mixing, and material-development work.
- Formula R&D and pilot mixing work where the buyer separately confirms sanitation, material compatibility, and compliance requirements.
This listing describes a laboratory mixing instrument. For regulated production, confirm process suitability, cleaning requirements, and required certifications before ordering.
Stator Selection
- 5 mm2 stator: for low-viscosity liquid mixing and emulsification, or small-particle crushing and dissolving.
- 20 mm2 stator: for medium-viscosity liquid mixing and emulsification, or medium-particle crushing and dissolving.
- 50 mm2 stator: for high-viscosity liquid mixing and emulsification, or large-particle crushing and dissolving.
Operation Notes
- Mount the emulsifier on its stand before use; it is not designed for handheld operation.
- Before powering on, make sure the power switch is off and the speed dial is at the starting position.
- Do not start the machine unless the shear/emulsifying work head is placed in the liquid medium.
- Keep enough clearance between the bottom inlet of the work head and the bottom of the vessel.
- After use, return the speed dial to the starting point, switch off the power, unplug the machine, and clean the work head parts in time.
- Use a properly grounded socket and avoid flammable or explosive operating environments.
Included Components
- Main emulsifier unit, base, two columns, support rod, and support clamp.
- Speed-control box, power cord, M5 wrench, spare carbon brushes, certificate/warranty card, and user manual.
- The manual lists separate 5 mm2 and 50 mm2 stators; the 20 mm2 stator is shown as the standard stator in the work-head diagram.
FAQ
Is this mixer handheld?
No. The JRJ300-D-1 is a stand-mounted high shear homogenizer. The stand, clamp, and base should be used during operation.
Can I choose 110V or 220V?
Yes. This product has 110V and 220V variant options. Select the version that matches your local power supply before ordering.
What is the work head size?
The emulsifying work head diameter is 70 mm, with 5 mm2, 20 mm2, and 50 mm2 stator configurations.
Can it be used for regulated production?
Use it only after confirming your process, sanitation, material compatibility, and required compliance documents for the intended application.
