Choose Your Model
Measure the width and length of your labels before choosing a model. BSC-30 suits widths from 20 to 30 mm; BSC-60 accommodates widths from 20 to 60 mm. Keep the label roll outer diameter within 110 mm.
Continuous Manual Labeling
The handheld applicator feeds labels successively from the roll and separates them from the backing liner as you operate the trigger. Apply labels directly to the item without peeling each label off by hand. The portable design lets you move between cartons, packages and work areas.
Label Shapes and Materials
Use round, square, custom-shaped or irregular-shaped labels that fit the selected model's label width and length ranges.
- Suitable label stock: single-row self-adhesive thermal paper or coated paper labels on a roll.
- Not suitable: labels with yellow backing paper, matte silver label stock or PET labels, including transparent PET.
- Other materials: contact us about sample testing before ordering.
Label shape alone does not determine compatibility: the material, single-row layout, label dimensions and roll dimensions must also meet the requirements.
Construction and Loading Adjustments
- Handle: composite polypropylene (PP) construction with a grip designed for comfortable handling.
- Purple roll guide: removable width-limiting plate for loading and unloading the label roll.
- Lower cover release: operate the black release button to open the lower cover for threading the label stock.
- Backing-paper adjustment: the black adjustment knob secures the backing paper and adjusts the feed spacing.

Is the BSC-30 / BSC-60 electric, and does it print labels?
The BSC-30 / BSC-60 is a hand-operated label applicator. The trigger feeds and dispenses existing labels from a roll; it does not print barcodes or label text.
Which model should I choose?
Choose BSC-30 for label widths of 20–30 mm or BSC-60 for label widths of 20–60 mm. Both models support label lengths of 20–60 mm, a 25 mm roll core inner diameter and a maximum roll outer diameter of 110 mm.
Which label materials and surfaces are suitable?
The BSC-30 / BSC-60 is suitable for applying single-row self-adhesive thermal paper or coated paper labels to cartons, packaged goods and bottles. Round, square and irregular-shaped labels must meet the selected model’s width, length and roll requirements.
How do I load the label roll?
Remove the purple roll guide to load the roll, then operate the black release button to open the lower cover for threading. Use the black adjustment knob to secure the backing paper and adjust the feed spacing. Follow the illustrated Label Roll Setup Instructions above for the threading route.
What are the material limitations for PET labels?
PET labels, including transparent PET, matte silver label stock and labels with yellow backing paper are not suitable for this applicator. Use compatible thermal paper or coated paper labels; contact us about sample testing for other materials.
