Adjust the press plates to engage approximately 0.5 mm into the roller surface.
Close the safety cover, connect the DC 24 V supply, switch on the machine, and feed the blister sheet slowly along the positioning blocks.

Adjust the press-plate spacing and engagement depth gradually for each blister format. Always close the safety cover before starting. Disconnect the DC 24 V supply before installing, removing, or adjusting the rubber roller or press plates.
