Product Details

The FMFPAX ETCR6500 is a high-accuracy clamp leaker for measuring AC leakage current, AC line current and on-line current without opening the circuit. Its 35 × 40 mm clamp uses a special alloy core with magnetic shielding, covering 0.00 mA to 300.0 A with 10 µA resolution on lines up to AC 600 V.

Peak hold, data hold, 99-unit memory and an RS232 interface with PC software make it suitable for electrical safety inspection, equipment maintenance and grounding checks.

How to Use

  1. Press POWER to switch the meter on.
  2. Open the jaws and clamp the conductor: live + neutral together for equipment leakage, the earth wire alone for grounding leakage, or one main line for total current. Make sure the jaws close fully.
  3. Read the LCD; press HOLD briefly to hold and store the reading, or hold HOLD for more than 3 seconds for peak current.
  4. Press HOLD + POWER to review stored data, or connect the RS232 cable for PC monitoring.
