1. Place the machine in a plain place, connect it with water
upply.
2. Power on, and check whether there is some abnormal noise
when working without load
3. It can work at three different angle, you can adjust it by
adjusting screw(7)。
4. How to change the disc. Power off, Open the front cover(11)
disassemble the disc(1)(If not convenient enough, you can also
dissemble the water spray tube(3) you can change the disc
easily in this way.
5. When duty off, clear up the dust timely pls
Trouble Killing
If there is some abnormal noise when working on
Possible reason: (1) Axon is loosing (2)Disc is not plain enough
How to solve it: Odissemble the disc(16) with spanner, make the
snap
Ring tightly: 2 change the disc
The machine does not work when power on
Possible reason:① fuse get burnt;② motor get burnt;③ switch get
wrong
How to solve it: O change the fuse (22) which inside the socket
② change the motor;③ change the switch。
