Products and technical confirmation

FMF Supply supplies packaging machinery, filling equipment, sealing machines, labeling systems, spare parts, packaging materials, and related industrial supplies. Product information, specifications, voltage, plug type, size, color, materials, accessories, packaging, and availability may vary by product and supplier batch. Customers should contact us before payment if an order requires exact technical confirmation, certification documents, compatibility review, installation requirements, or destination-specific import requirements.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is displayed. A product page, quotation, invoice, or checkout total may include the product price, shipping fee, and applicable taxes depending on the shipping method and destination. For eligible DDP or tax included orders, applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and standard destination taxes are included in the quoted price, shipping fee, or checkout total. If an order is not eligible for DDP or tax included shipping, we will confirm this before payment or shipment.

We may refuse, cancel, or hold an order if product information is incomplete, payment cannot be verified, the destination is restricted, the product requires additional compliance documents, or the order appears fraudulent, unsafe, or inconsistent with export, customs, or payment rules.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, return, and refund handling is governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Customized equipment, special-order goods, machinery, spare parts, and industrial supplies may be subject to production time, procurement time, testing, packing, and shipping arrangements.

Permitted use and compliance

Customers are responsible for using products safely and lawfully, following manuals and local regulations, and confirming whether their destination country requires certifications, import licenses, customs documents, or professional installation. Products must not be used for illegal, unsafe, infringing, or restricted purposes.

Intellectual property and compatibility references

All website content, product descriptions, images, and branding belong to FMF Supply or their respective owners. Product model numbers, brand names, or compatibility references, when shown, are used only to identify compatibility, technical fit, or product specifications. They do not imply endorsement, authorization, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Warranty and support

Warranty and support terms depend on the product type and the confirmed quotation or product page. Warranty support generally requires order information, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue. Warranty does not cover consumables, wear parts, misuse, incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair, improper maintenance, or damage caused by transportation after delivery acceptance unless otherwise confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMF Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including production loss, lost profit, delayed installation, customs delay, or third-party service cost. Our maximum liability for a confirmed order issue will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and mandatory rights

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms and any order placed with FMF Supply are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

If a dispute arises, the customer and FMF Supply should first try to resolve it in good faith through written communication using the contact details above. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may submit it to a court with competent jurisdiction at the company's registered location, unless applicable mandatory law permits or requires a different forum.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, illegal or unsafe activity, sanctions or export-control restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms. Suspension or termination does not remove payment obligations, confirmed order obligations, warranty rights, return rights, or other rights and responsibilities that arose before termination.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or service changes. The revised version will be posted on this website with an updated date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Changes do not retroactively alter an order already confirmed unless the customer and FMF Supply agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
