Product Description

Servo Web Guide Controller EPC-A10 adopts a high-speed 32-bit CPU with a DC servo driver and a no-overshoot integral variable PI adjustable algorithm.
It provides high correction accuracy, fast response, and stable operation.
The system supports three guiding modes: Edge-Following, Line-Following, and Center-Alignment, meeting the requirements of various web-guiding applications.

  7. 12-bit AD analog signal sampling, up to 700,000 samples per second

  8. Equipped with FIR digital filtering and differential return filtering for enhanced anti-interference and signal stability

  9. DC servo motor driving a ball screw mechanism

  10. Power-down memory retains all system parameters in any operating state

  11. Stores up to 10 groups of material parameters for fast and efficient material changeover

  12. Menu languages: Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / English

  13. User-friendly operation: fast, simple, and intuitive

  14. Supports Modbus communication and PLC / HMI networking control
