Basic Repair Workflow
- Clean and grind the damaged tire or tube area so the prepared surface is slightly larger than the wound.
- Apply the required rubber cement, hot glue, or repair compound according to your tire repair procedure.
- Cut and place a suitable rubber patch or filling piece over the repair area.
- Position the repair area between the heating head and selected repair plate, then tighten the screw clamp.
- Set the required vulcanizing time on the 0-60 min timer and run the repair cycle.
- After heating, switch off the machine, release pressure carefully, and remove the tire or tube only after the hot head can be handled safely.
Before Ordering
- Select either the 110V version or the 220V version from the Voltage option before checkout.
- Confirm that the selected voltage version matches your workshop power and plug arrangement.
- Confirm that the tire or tube repair area fits the heating head and repair plate shape.
- Use grounded power and suitable electrical protection according to your local workshop rules.
- Keep the hot head and repair plates clean; residue on the heating surface can affect repair flatness.
- Keep the machine away from acids and corrosive materials.
