How to Use
Prepare a clean, dry coated test panel. For aluminum panels, keep the long edge parallel to the rolling direction.
Select a mandrel diameter and fix the panel between the rotating handle and the support plate.
Rotate the handle smoothly to bend the panel up to 180°. Keep motion uniform (about 1–2 s).
Release and remove the panel; observe the bent area with a 10× magnifier.
Result: record the smallest mandrel diameter at which the coating shows no cracking or peeling. If even the smallest diameter has no defects, note that diameter accordingly.
Tip: For multi-coat systems, confirm after full curing. Compare both sides of the bend if needed.

Maintenance & Notes
When not used for a long time, coat all mandrels with neutral anti-rust oil/grease.
Keep surfaces clean; avoid hard particles between the panel and mandrel.
For consistent results, test under the recommended environment (23±2 °C, 50±5% RH).
