Warranty Policy

FMF Supply provides packaging machines, packaging materials, spare parts and selected industrial supplies for international buyers. Warranty terms may vary by product type, order agreement, supplier conditions and whether the product is standard, customized, consumable or specially ordered.

General warranty coverage

For eligible packaging machines, warranty normally covers manufacturing defects in major machine components under normal use. The exact warranty period and coverage should be confirmed in writing before payment, especially for customized machines, production lines, used equipment, special voltage models or specially sourced products.

What is not covered

Warranty does not normally cover consumable parts, wearing parts, blades, sealing belts, heating elements, sensors damaged by misuse, accessories, packaging materials, damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong voltage, improper operation, unauthorized modification, poor maintenance, accident, water damage, corrosion or use outside the recommended application.

Technical support

If a machine has an issue, please contact us with your order number, product model, photos, videos, error details, voltage information and operating conditions. Clear photos and videos help us identify the issue faster. We may provide remote troubleshooting, operation guidance, replacement part suggestions, repair guidance or coordination with the supplier.

Replacement parts and repair

After verification, FMF Supply may provide replacement parts, partial compensation, repair support or another reasonable solution based on the product condition and order terms. For international orders, shipping costs, import duties, customs fees and local service fees for replacement parts may be handled according to the agreed order terms.

Customized and specially ordered products

Customized machines, OEM or ODM items, special voltage equipment, production line projects and specially ordered goods may have different warranty terms. These terms should be confirmed before production or shipment.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers are responsible for confirming machine suitability, voltage, plug type, material compatibility, local safety requirements, operating environment and import requirements before purchase. Operators should read instructions, use the machine correctly and perform basic maintenance.
