Overview
The ultrasonic slotted sensor uses the principle of advanced ultrasonic straight-line transmission to detect the edge position of roll materials.
Compared with photoelectric sensors, it is not affected by the transparency of the material, so no adjustment is required during use, which is very convenient.
It is suitable for edge-tracking applications of airtight materials (such as transparent film, paper, etc.).
Breathable materials such as canvas and non-woven fabric are not applicable.

Functional Features
Supports 1-channel analog output / 2-channel switching output.
Suitable for all airtight materials (such as transparent film, paper, etc.).
No manual calibration adjustment required.
200K ultrasonic through-beam (opposed) detection.
0.05m/s response time.
Operating Instructions
To meet different accuracy requirements, three status options are available.
After completing material calibration, the yellow and red indicator lights will flash.
Press and hold the “SET” key for 2 seconds until the middle blue indicator light flashes (status: 0.5mm).
Short-press the “SET” key once; the two yellow indicator lights flash (status: 1.0mm).
Short-press the “SET” key once; the two red indicator lights flash (status: 2.0mm).
After selecting one of the above three statuses, press and hold “SET” for 6 seconds to save and exit. Completed.
