This acrylic hot bending machine is a compact line bender for straight bending of acrylic, PMMA, organic glass, PVC and similar thermoplastic sheets. It heats a narrow bending line so the sheet can be softened and formed to the required angle after heating.

How to Use

1. Prepare enough clean cooling water. A 20 L water tank or bucket is recommended.
2. Connect the water pipe and place the water pump in the water tank.
3. Turn on the water pump first and confirm normal water circulation.
4. Turn on heating power only after water circulation is working.
5. Place the acrylic sheet above the heating slot for about 20 seconds and move it gently along the heating line.
6. When the bending area becomes soft, remove the sheet and bend it to the required shape.
7. After use, unplug heating power first. Keep the pump running for about 3 minutes, then unplug the pump.

Temperature Reference

For general 1-6 mm acrylic sheets, the recommended working temperature is about 50-65 C. Actual heating time and temperature may vary by material type, sheet thickness, room temperature and bending angle. Test with a small sample before formal processing.

Can this machine bend real glass?

No. It is only suitable for acrylic, PMMA, PVC and similar thermoplastic sheets. It is not suitable for real glass, tempered glass, metal or wood.
