RY-2S machine overview
The RY-2S uses a vibrating disc and dust-resistant photoelectric counting system to separate and count products before dispensing them into bottles, boxes, or bags. Supported products listed in the manual include capsules, softgel capsules, tablets, irregular tablets, pills, candies, grains, and seeds.

Setup and operation
- Adjust the hopper outlet opening to suit the product shape and flow.
- Move the guide paddle so products enter the counting channel evenly in a single file.
- Raise or lower the support tray and position the container opening beneath the active discharge outlet.
- Connect a compatible regional power cord to the universal power inlet.
- Set the required pieces per container and the number of containers on the touchscreen.
- Press the green Start button to start vibration; use the speed-control knob to adjust product flow.
- Press the red Stop button to stop vibration.
Touchscreen controls and settings

Hidden settings
Select the padlock icon and enter the manual's stated password, 888888, to open the hidden settings screen. The manual lists these defaults: FILTER 0, MOTOR ON TIME 100 ms, DELAY FOR SWITCH 0 ms, LEFT ANGLE 31.00, RIGHT ANGLE 31.00, SPEED 5 r/s, and ACC&DIC 50,000. For transparent products such as softgel capsules, the stated FILTER range is 25,000–50,000.
Photoelectric sensor adjustment
- After transport, confirm that the fiber-optic cable is securely connected.
- Open the sensor cover and press the TUNE button three times in succession to reset the sensor.
- Use the minus (−) key to lower the green value below the red value; the manual shows an approximate green value of 9,600.
Cleaning the counting channel and hopper
- Loosen the two channel-cover screws and remove the transparent cover.
- Wipe the counting channel clean.
- Loosen the two hopper fasteners and remove the hopper for easier cleaning.
- Reinstall the removed parts securely before returning the machine to service.
