     Choose different grinding wheels to grind drill bits made of different materials.

Use a CBN grinding wheel for grinding high-speed steel materials.

Use an SDC grinding wheel for grinding tungsten carbide alloy materials.

Please select the appropriate grinding wheel based on the material of the drill bits you are grinding to avoid issues such as ineffective grinding or poor grinding results.

1. Preparation:

• Select the appropriate collet based on the drill diameter.

• Insert the collet into the holder at the correct angle.

• Place the drill bit into the collet, leaving a 35mm extension, and secure it without over-tightening.

2. Setting Drill Length:

• Adjust the scale ring to the required drill size.

• Insert the collet chuck set into the preset length bracket and lock it in place.

• Tighten the ER Collet Holder and ensure the drill cutting edge is parallel to the slot.

3. Point-Angle Grinding:

• Insert the collet chuck set into the point angle bracket.

• Lightly touch the wheel and rotate until the grinding sound disappears.

• Rotate the drill 180° and repeat the process for the other side.

4. Center Point Trimming:

• Insert the collet chuck set into the grinding unit.

• Place the collet chuck set upright and grind until the sound disappears.

• Rotate 180° and repeat for the other side.

5. Changing the Grinding Wheel:

• Loosen the side knob and open the side cover.

• Use a 4mm hex wrench to remove the old wheel and replace it with a new one.

• Secure the side cover and fasten the knob.
