The ZA-D series is a compact benchtop ozone generator for ozone treatment work in laboratories, dental rooms, beauty-care spaces, instrument cleaning setups, and small wastewater-treatment trials. The front panel combines an oxygen flow meter, digital ammeter, working light, timer, oxygen inlet, ozone outlet, ozone adjustment knob, and independent power switch, so the operator can monitor and adjust the machine from one desktop unit.

Build Details
- Ceramic ozone generating tube and open power supply are installed inside the unit.
- Front side handles help with bench placement and moving.
- Metal side panels include ventilation openings for heat dissipation.
- Rear cooling fan supports heat exhaust during operation.

- 304 stainless-steel hex socket screws are used for internal fastening.

Ozone Principle
Ozone is a molecule made of three oxygen atoms, O3. During decomposition, the third oxygen atom separates and creates oxidation activity. This process is used for sterilization, disinfection, odor removal, decolorization, and degradation of BOD, COD, and heavy-metal substances. Unreacted ozone decomposes back into oxygen.
