US-400S (Ultrasonic Sensor) User Manual
The ultrasonic deviation sensor uses high-frequency ultrasonic wave linear propagation to detect the edge position of rolled material. Unlike photoelectric sensors, it is unaffected by material transparency, eliminating the need for adjustments and enhancing usability. Ideal for non-breathable materials (e.g., plastic films, paper), but not suitable for breathable materials (e.g., fabrics, non-wovens).
Functional Features:
Supports one analog output / two switch outputs.
Suitable for all non-breathable materials (e.g., transparent films, paper).
No manual calibration required.
200K ultrasonic transmission.
Response time: 0.05m/s.
Detection range: 6mm, detection accuracy: 0.05mm.
Built-in offset display.
