This Hand-held precision spot welder working principle is double-sided double-point cross-flow soldering method. When it is working, two electrons exert pressure that makes the metal produce contact resistance. While the current flowing from one electrode to another, a heat fusion was formed between the two electrodes. Also a current loop was formed at the same time. These will not hurt internal structure of work piece.

Suggestion:
1. Before starting, chek if the two solder pins have been put together (A short circuit will cause the fuse blown)
2. Current can be adjustable from 0 to 99A. Adjust it to 20—25A is suitable, when comes to laptop battery, button battery, battery pack or 18650 battery.
