Water-Powered Proportional Dosing for Livestock and Irrigation
The MP2502 is a water-powered proportional dosing pump that works as a livestock water medicator and fertilizer injector proportioner. Flowing water powers automatic dosing, draws concentrate from a container, and injects it into the water line at the selected ratio.
The adjustable 0.2%-2% dosing range supports proportional mixing from 1:500 to 1:50. Use it for livestock farming, fertilizer irrigation, horticulture, environmental and water treatment, industrial sanitation, equipment servicing, vehicle cleaning, food processing, printing, and similar fixed-ratio dilution tasks.

Application Examples

Installation and Operation
- Install the proportional doser directly in the water line.
- Open the start-up valve to vent air before operation.
- Open the water valve slowly to reduce water hammer.
- Set the dosing ratio for the required dilution. A higher ratio setting can shorten priming time.
- Flush the doser and mixing line with clean water after use.

Configuration Selection
Select MP2502 for the dosing pump. Select MP2502 + Filter when an additional prefilter is required. Both configurations use the same 0.2%-2% dosing range.
Before ordering the MP2502 water-powered proportional dosing pump, check the 0.2%-2% dosing range, 1:500-1:50 ratio, 10-2500 L/h flow range, 0.2-6 bar working pressure, 32 mm / 25 mm pipe-size compatibility, and selected configuration.
The MP2502 water-powered proportional dosing pump package includes the dosing pump. MP2502 + Filter includes the dosing pump and an additional prefilter. The variant SKUs are MDB-MP2502-BL-02-2 and MDB-02-2-LPF. Current price and availability are shown for the selected configuration on this page.

FAQ
How does the MP2502 proportional dosing pump operate?
Flowing water powers the pump. The unit draws concentrate from a container and injects it into the water line at the selected 0.2%-2% ratio.
Can the MP2502 be used as a livestock water medicator?
Yes. It supports fixed-ratio dosing for livestock farming water systems within the pump's operating range.
Can it be used as a fertilizer injector proportioner?
Yes. The MP2502 supports proportional dosing for fertilizer irrigation and horticulture.
What dosing range and ratio does the MP2502 support?
The adjustable dosing range is 0.2%-2%, equivalent to a proportional mixing ratio from 1:500 to 1:50.
What is the difference between MP2502 and MP2502 + Filter?
MP2502 is the dosing pump configuration. MP2502 + Filter adds a prefilter while keeping the same 0.2%-2% dosing range.
How should the pump be flushed after use?
Flush the doser and mixing line with clean water after operation.
