Thank you for choosing the EPC-A12SR Servo Correction System.
This system supports connection to a wide range of rectifying sensors and servo-driven actuators, and is compatible with multiple correction modes, including EPC, edge LPC (line), CPC alignment, SPC misalignment (serpentine), and other correction methods.
The EPC-A12SR features a large full-color touchscreen human–machine interface (HMI) with an intuitive design. It is easy to operate, visually refined, and equipped with a setup wizard and online help system. Even first-time users can complete basic configuration quickly and efficiently.
Functional Characteristics
High-performance servo vector motor drive with fast dynamic response, supporting direct torque control, acceleration and deceleration control, and speed limiting.
High-speed CPU processing, supporting EPC and edge LPC line correction, CPC alignment correction, and SPC misalignment (serpentine) correction modes.
Compatible with ultrasonic sensors, photoelectric sensors, and CCD sensors.
Large color touchscreen HMI with a clean and practical interface, providing simple and intuitive operation.
Integrated setup wizard and online help system. Each operation page includes a dedicated help button for quick access to concise instructions.
The drive integrates an encoder and absolute linear position feedback, adaptable to different mechanical stroke lengths. No travel limit switch is required, and positional accuracy will not drift over time.
The actuator adopts a servo motor–driven ball screw mechanism, offering high positioning accuracy, low noise operation, and maintenance-free performance.
Equipped with three high-speed analog inputs, allowing connection of two analog sensors and one external analog control signal (e.g., fine position adjustment, serpentine speed control).
Features three optically isolated switch inputs, each configurable with independent functions.
Multiple software and hardware protection mechanisms ensure stable and reliable operation with strong anti-interference capability. Dedicated emergency strategies are implemented for component failure, ensuring continuous 24-hour operation.
